 Bell peppers definitely deserve place on your list of superfoods. They are packed with so many minerals and vitamins, nutrients that our body needs daily. Shiny, tasty, sweet or hot, found in a variety of colors, but equally good for health and fat burning. It is also good to know that red bell peppers have more nutrients than green.
