 Cucumbers are one of the most grown vegetables in the world. This vegetable is actually type of melon and comes from the same family as zucchini and watermelon. Cucumbers are packed with minerals and vitamins and therefore one of the best foods you can offer to your body.

Health benefits of cucumber:
  1. Cucumber juice helps the skin tighten 
  2. Applied on the skin helps with sunburns 
  3. Cucumber contains vitamins A, B1, B6, C, D 
  4. Keeping the body hydrated because cucumber contains 96% of water 
  5. Regulates body temperature 
  6. Removes toxins from the body 
  7. Contains minerals like magnesium, potassium and silica 
  8. Anticancerogenic and reduces risk of breast cancer, prostate cancer, ovarian cancer and uterine cancer 
  9. Helps with low and high pressure 
  10. Cures ulcer and gastritis 
  11. Remedy for constipation 
  12. Keeps joints healthy and strong 
  13. Seeds help with tapeworms
