Home Remedies for Thinning Hair

Thursday, April 09, 2015 | Publish by My CookBook

Those who faced hair thinning problem know what horror that might be. Most people rush to a nearby pharmacy and start spraying over their hair and rubbing what not in their scalp, reaching for chemicals to get rid of bacteria, to stimulate hair growth and so on, forgetting that mother nature has an answer and remedy for every problem we encounter.

I would like to share here two simple ways to stop hair thinning and everything you need is easily available. Garlic you surely have in your home or you use it often and nettle grows almost everywhere.

Take dry stinging nettle root and boil it, you can add dry leaves too. After you wash your hair with shampoo as usual, rinse your hair once more with this nettle tea. This should be done every time you wash your hair.

Rub your scalp with garlic juice once a week. Garlic is a natural antibiotic, antifungal and antibacterial. That way you will remove anything that shouldn’t be there on your scalp. Garlic can be replaced with ginger or onion. Leave that on your scalp for about 1 hour. After this treatment wash your hair as usual.
