Increase Hemoglobin Level Naturally

 Reduced levels of hemoglobin in blood are reason for getting less oxygen in our blood, and that eventually leading to anemia. Nature provides ways to keep our body healthy and that is why I wanted to share one simple recipe, which doesn't require some special skills nor costly ingredients, and if this mixture is consumed, hemoglobin level in your blood should improve within week or two. 

Ingredients:
  • 200 g walnuts
  • 2 lemons 
  • 200 g honey
  • 100 g raisins
  • 1 cup carrot juice
  • 1 cup beetroot juice
Instructions:
  1.  Prepare one glass jar big enough for all the ingredients.
  2. Cut lemon, remove seed and grind it.
  3. Put lemon in a jar, add honey and juices, and mix it well.
  4. Then add chopped walnuts and raisins.
  5. Mix everything well, close jar and store in fridge.
 Take one teaspoon before meal 3 times a day. One or two weeks would be enough to show difference in hemoglobin level.
