Flat Belly Without Effort

 Winter season is nearing and cold weather is reason we all spend more time inside. Less walking, more sitting in warm room, more time in front of TV, all that lazy time starts showing very quickly on waist. What to do and how to prevent getting more fat on belly and waist area without sweating and exhausting self doing  many different ab exercises?

 There are foods which can boost your metabolism or simply prevent excessive fat accumulating in your body. I want to share with you 4 drinks you can make home and if used daily, your body will not only look better, but you will be healthier and feel energized after winter is over.
  1. Green tea - besides preventing cancer, it contains antioxidants which reduce fat accumulated in entire body and the most in waist area.
  2. Cold mint tea - helps reducing fat from belly and also digestion of fat rich food.
  3. Pineapple juice - contains bromelain which helps getting rid of excessive fat and also helps reduce weight. 
  4. Watermelon juice - prevents cancer, cleaning kidneys and contains enzyme arginine which reduces fat and helps grow muscles.
