Beat Seasonal Allergy Naturally

Seasonal allergy, hay fever or allergic rhinitis is a very common problem many people are facing these days. That is a reaction to pollen which occurs when immune system confuses pollen for an invader and trying to protect the body. Then starts sneezing, eyes are watery, nose itching and runny. There are some herbs, fruit, vegetables and spices that can help you reduce seasonal allergy symptoms. Using some of these daily you can fight allergy successfully.

What can minimize allergy symptoms?
  1. Green tea
  2. Orange
  3. Beans and whole grains
  4. Olive oil
  5. Wasabi
  6. Yogurt
  7. Omega-3 fatty acids (eat salmon, tuna, sardine)
  8.  Carrot
  9. Pumpkin
  10. Pineapple
  11. Garlic
  12. Spinach
  13. Nettle tea
  14. Onion
  15. Turmeric
  16. Kiwi
  17. Ginger
  18. Apricot
  19. Papaya
  20. Egg yolk
