Ingredients:
- 0.25 kg mushrooms
- 0.1 l of sour cream
- 0.25 kg of onion
- 1 tablespoon of vegeta
- 1 tablespoon of oil
Instructions:
- Onion should be chopped and fried in oil until becomes like a glass.
- Then add some water, chopped mushrooms and vegeta.
- Cook until mushrooms soften, around 30 min, and if needed add some more water.
- When mushrooms are done and water evaporates, add sour cream, wait for a minute or two and your dish is ready.
