Mushrooms With Sour Cream

 Mushrooms are the best replacement for meat and if you are trying to eat less meat, lose weight, drop cholesterol, then this is the recipe you will like for sure. It is very easy to prepare and if you don’t have much time and guests coming, mushrooms with sours cream can be perfect choice. 

Ingredients: 
  • 0.25 kg mushrooms 
  • 0.1 l of sour cream 
  • 0.25 kg of onion 
  • 1 tablespoon of vegeta 
  • 1 tablespoon of oil 

Instructions:
  1. Onion should be chopped and fried in oil until becomes like a glass. 
  2. Then add some water, chopped mushrooms and vegeta. 
  3. Cook until mushrooms soften, around 30 min, and if needed add some more water. 
  4. When mushrooms are done and water evaporates, add sour cream, wait for a minute or two and your dish is ready.
