 Ginger is an herb with aromatic root and came from South Asia. This root is widely used in cuisine and medicine. In cuisine ginger is mostly used for breads, tea, crackers, cookies, cakes, candied or as worldwide known ginger beer. Ginger is used as oil, juice, powder, dried or fresh.

What are the health benefits of ginger?
