 Kiwi is definitely one of top nutrient rich fruits and one of the most consumed fruits globally. This exotic and tasty fruit also has a highest content of C vitamin of all fruits known so far. That is why kiwi can be easily called ‘superfood’. Many avoid eating kiwi because of its fuzzy brown skin from the outside which is making this fruit look as some hairy potato, but inside this fruit is green and has a delicious taste.
