Yellow bean with sour cream is an excellent dish for cold winter days when suits to eat something warm and get vitamins our body needs so much. Bean is easy to store for winter. Just wash it well, chop off ends, chop it to size you like and pack in your freezer. This can be any bean, doesn’t have to be yellow, but yellow is best for storing. During the season you can prepare any bean this way.
Ingredients:
- 500 g yellow bean
- 100 g carrot parsley leaves
- 1 teaspoon paprika powder
- 1 teaspoon vegeta
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 l water
- Prepare cooking pot
- Add oil and when oil is hot add flower and fry it quickly
- Then add chopped garlic, stir quickly, add paprika powder and pour water in.
- Add bean, parsley, Vegeta and cook slowly until bean is soft (40 min - 1 h)
- When it's nearly done, add salt, vinegar and sour cream.
