21 Health Benefits of Honey

 Honey is much more than just sweet taste and nice aroma. Consuming honey every day will boost your immune system and improve health by not only giving body necessary energy, but also preventing many diseases.

In ancient India honey has been used mixed with curd (or milk) and butter, and is mentioned as medicine and sacred food in Hindu holy writings Vedas. Only Rig Veda has over 300 references to honey. Honey is also mentioned in Sumerian and Babylonian writings in 2100 B.C. but has been used for at least 8000 years.
