Quick Potato Pie

 Quick potato pie is easy to make and there is no need to spend much time in the kitchen. If you feel lazy to cook and you want a quick snack or a dinner, this pie is perfect. Potato pie can be served as an appetizer and it is equally tasty warm and cold. I’m sure this potato pie will become one of your favorite snacks. More skilled in the kitchen can use their own homemade phyllo dough which will make this potato pie even better.


Ingredients:

  • 500 g phyllo dough 
  • 1 kg potato 
  • 1 tablespoon vegeta 
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 
  • 2 tablespoon oil 
  •  1 teacup water 

Instructions:

1. Peel potato and grate.
2. Add vegeta, pepper, 1 tablespoon of oil and mix all well.
3. Add 1 tablespoon oil to water.
4. Take 2 phyllo sheets.
5. First phyllo sheet sprinkle with a mixture of water and oil.
6. Put second phyllo sheet on top and sprinkle again.
7. Spread some potato all over and roll sheets.
8. Place rolled pie on oiled baking pan.
9. Repeat procedure until you spend phyllo dough and potato
10. Spread some mixture of oil and water over pie.
11. Bake in preheated oven at 200 C about 20 minute
