Ingredients:
- 500 gr phyllo sheets (size is usually 45x45 cm)
- 1 / 2 kg of cottage cheese
- 200 ml sour cream
- 200 ml milk
- 4 eggs
- salt
- 2 spoons oil for greasing pan and pie top
- Mix cottage cheese, sour cream, milk, eggs and salt.
- Put one sheet over greased pan which is similar size as sheets.
- Take one more sheet and leave aside.
- Other sheets cut in small pieces, making 7-8 of each sheet.
- Soak each one into that cheese mixture and put on top of first sheet filling pan until all used.
- Shape it making nicely round or square depending on your pan.
- Cover with sheet u left aside hiding edges under pie.
- Mix small amount of oil and water and grease top of your pie.
- Bake on 200 C in preheated oven 30-35 min.
- When color is golden-brown gibanica is ready.
- Serve warm or cold with yogurt.
