Ljutenica is very spicy Serbian salad, served usually during winter to open appetite.
Ljutenica can be served cold right after cooking, or you can preserve for winter.

Ingredients:
- 3 kg red peppers
- 1 kg tomato
- 1 garlic
- 4 spoons of oil
- 1 spoon of vinegar
- 2 chilies
- salt per taste
- Wash, clean and chop red peppers.
- Chop chilies
- Peel and chop tomato and garlic
- Prepare one larger pot for cooking and add oil
- When oil gets warmer, add peppers, tomato, chilies and garlic
- Stir-fry that until water is gone and it behaves as jam (when you drag spoon through, you'll see trace behind).
- Then add vinegar and put in jars
- Preheat oven to 150 C, switch off, and put jars in to stay over night.
