Peaches, juicy and sweet fruit, favorite of many, refreshing and delicious no matter we eat them raw or in pies, jams or simply juiced. Not only tasty fruit but also very healthy and definitely one of those "must eat" if you want to boost immunity and prevent diseases.

  12. Regulate cholesterol level 
  13. Rich in manganese, zinc, copper, magnesium, phosphorus, calcium and iron
