Quick Lasagna

If lasagna is your favorite food and you feel like eating, but you don’t have at home lasagna sheets, shop is too far or closed, plus you have no time to make that dough and spend more than an hour to prepare lasagna sheets yourself, or simply you don’t know how to make them, then this quick lasagna recipe is an easy way to make your favorite meal quickly and without much effort.

Quick lasagna can be a quick dinner if you have friends around and all feel hungry, or you have sudden unexpected visitors coming for dinner.

Ingredients:
  •  2 onions
  • 300 grams of meat
  • 2 dl tomato juice
  • with
  • 500 g macaroni
  • 100 g cheese
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • sour cream
  • ketchup
  • 1 / 2 l milk 
Instructions:
  1. Stir-fry onion, add the meat, a little tomato juice, salt and continue stir-frying. 
  2. Half cook macaroni and drain. 
  3. Fry flour in oil, add milk and mix until it becomes a smooth mixture. 
  4. Take baking pan, greese it, and add a portion of macaroni. 
  5. Then spread over onion andmeat, add grind cheese, bechamel sauce, the second line of macaroni, meat and onions, some cheese, bechamel sauce and so on. 
  6. Pour sour cream, milk, top it with ketchup and bake in preheated oven 30 min on 200 C.
