Baked apples with walnuts is a simple dessert. It doesn’t require any special skills. All you need to know how is how to wash apple, fill it and turn on the oven. If you like sweet treat, but to keep it healthy, then this is the one. It was one of my childhood favorites and still is. This recipe is great for winter days when we need more energy.
Ingredients:
- 8 apples
- 200 g walnuts
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 whipped cream powder
- 1 cup milk or water
- Wash apples and remove core.
- Grind walnuts.
- Mix walnuts and sugar.
- Prepare nonstick baking pan
- Stuff apples with mixture and place them into a baking pan.
- Bake in preheated oven 20 minutes on 200 C.
- Pour whipped cream powder into a bowl and add water.
