Bell Pepper Ring Eggs

Thursday, July 23, 2015 | Publish by My CookBook

https://www.facebook.com/suzanatrifkovicphotography For most people homemade breakfast is not possible to imagine without eggs. Many like eggs prepared "sunny side up", but not everyone is able to fry shaped perfectly. Sometimes eggs spread around, yolk would leak, they lose shape or glue together, which makes difficult to separate and serve with "style". This little trick will help not only to fry eggs easier, but also to decorate plate and make morning meal little creative and different.

Depending on number of eggs you need to fry, take one or two big bell peppers, wash and cut 1-1,5 cm rings. To make everything more interesting, use peppers in different colors, like green, red, yellow and orange. Heat frying pan sprinkled with little oil, spread rings around and break eggs filling each ring with one egg, add salt on each egg and sprinkle spices you like or just dried grated cheese.
