 Fruit is the original fast food. Eat healthy, stay healthy. And remember, you are what you eat.

 Choose one day in a week for your healthy day and stick to that. Start your morning right. Get up, shower, meditate. Drink one big glass of water. Make a fruit salad dancing to the beat of your favorite song and after breakfast go out for a walk.
