Summer days can be very exhausting and extreme heat can make you feel drained out morning after you get up. This healthy cocktail recipe can help refresh and boost your energy within minutes. Ingredients most have in their home already and preparation takes only few minutes.
Ingredients:
- 0,2 l tomato juice
- 0,1 l yogurt
- 1/2 spoon cereals
- 1/2 spoon dried fruit
- 3-4 ice cubes
- Take one bigger glass and put ice cubes first
- Pour tomato juice
- Take spoon and holding it right above tomato juice slowly pour yogurt to keep cocktail layered
- Sprinkle with cereals and dried fruit
- Serve right away
